It is at this time of year that I tend to mentally revisit my Spring/Summer 2010 wardrobe to see what can be easily updated and what can be kicked to the curb. At the same time, I peruse the latest must-haves on offer to the online shopper. Confusion strikes!
Did I buy that perfect spring trench in beige or khaki? Do I already have the just-right-for-picnics floral tea dress? Surely I own a pair of white jeans already?!
Giving up on mentally revisiting (the effort!) I end up gazing into the distance, and thinking of my all-time favourite film, Clueless. I wonder – what would Cher do in this situation? Why, Cher would effortlessly flick through her virtual wardrobe and choose some coordinated plaid number, complete with over-the-knee socks, of course!
Ok, so the fashions may have changed but it is like 16 years later, hello?!
